Test of English as a Foreign Language. TOEFL IBT is the Internet based test for English aptitude at any level for foreign Universities. It measures the ability of nonnative speakers of English to use and understand English as it is spoken, written, and heard in college and university settings. . This exam is conducted worldwide by an US organization named ETS i.e Educational Testing Services, New Jersey, USA. Countries accepting the Above test: UK, USA, Canada, & Germany.
It is an internationally-recognised system for testing English language skills in listening, reading, writing and speaking. Countries accepting the Above test: UK, USA, Canada, Newzealand, Singapore & Germany.
Exam Pattern:
1. Reading Section- 36 –70 questions, Time Allotted- 60- 100 min.
2. Listening Section- 34-51 questions, Time Allotted - 60-90 min. Total hrs : 4 hrs
3. Speaking Section – 6 Tasks, Time Allotted 20 min
4. Writing Section – 2 Tasks, Time Allotted 50 min

Additional Information:
Acceptable Scores : Candidates are required to score a minimum of 80 out of 120. Occasionally some of the institutions may accept a low score
