What is the post-study work visa duration in Ireland?

In Ireland, the post-study work visa is known as the Third Level Graduate Scheme (now called the Irish Third Level Graduate Programme). Here are the current durations for international students completing their studies in Ireland:

- Bachelor’s Degree (Ordinary or Honours):
Eligible for up to 12 months post-study work visa.

- Master’s Degree or PhD:
Eligible for up to 24 months post-study work visa.

This allows graduates to remain in Ireland after completing their studies to seek employment or apply for a further work permit or green card.

Note:
- You must have graduated from an Irish Higher Education Institution with a degree recognized by the Irish Government.
- You need to apply for this visa extension before your student visa expires.
