1. Receive an Offer of Admission

- Secure an unconditional offer letter or Confirmation of Enrollment (CoE) from your chosen university/college.

2. Pay Tuition Deposit

- Pay any required tuition fee deposit to the institution (as per instructions in your offer letter).
- Obtain a payment receipt for your visa application.

3. Gather Financial Documents

- Prepare evidence of funds as per the requirements of the destination country (e.g., bank statements, loan sanction letters, scholarship letters).
- UK: Proof of living expenses (e.g., £1,529/month in London or £1,171/month outside London for up to 9 months).
- Australia: AUD 29,710 for living expenses (2025), plus tuition and return airfare.
- New Zealand: NZD 20,000 for living expenses, plus tuition and airfare.
- Germany: Blocked Account with €11,904 for one year.

4. Take Required Exams

- Complete any required English language or standardized tests (IELTS/TOEFL/GRE/GMAT/SAT) and have your test scores available.

5. Prepare Additional Documents

- Valid passport (ensure it is up to date and valid for the duration of your course).
- Academic transcripts and certificates.
- Statement of Purpose (SOP) or Personal Statement.
- Curriculum Vitae (CV) or Resume.
- Letters of Recommendation (LORs), if required.
- Passport-sized photographs (as per embassy specifications).

6. Arrange Health Tests/Certificates

- Undergo any required medical examinations or health checks (mandatory for Australia, New Zealand, etc.).
- Obtain a health insurance policy if required by your study destination.

7. Secure Accommodation

- Arrange and provide evidence of accommodation (some countries/universities require proof).

8. Prepare Visa Application

- Complete the online visa application form for your destination country.
- Pay the visa application fee.
- Australia (from 1st July 2025): AUD 2,000 for main applicant, AUD 1,225 for spouse, AUD 400 per child.
