Program Overview
This interdisciplinary master's course integrates perspectives from various fields, including earth and environment sciences, sustainability, geography, agriculture, biology, food science, nutrition, business, management, sociology, politics, and public administration. Curriculum: The program comprises several compulsory modules totaling 120 credits, which cover topics such as Introduction to Sustainable Food Systems, Sustainable Food Consumption, Sustainable Food Supply Chains and Trade, Food Systems Fieldtrip, Methods and Skills for Sustainable Food Systems, and Sustainable Food Production and Food Security. Additionally, students undertake a 60-credit Food Systems Research Project, allowing them to investigate real-world challenges related to food systems sustainability. The curriculum emphasizes problem-based learning, encouraging students to work collaboratively to tackle complex sustainability challenges.

Postgraduate Entry Requirements:
