Program Overview

This MRes program allows students to customize their learning experience by selecting from a broad range of taught modules, culminating in a 24-week research project under expert supervision. The curriculum is research-informed, adapting to advancements in the discipline and feedback from external bodies, partners, and students.

Curriculum: The taught component encompasses subject-specific content in stem cells and regenerative medicine, focusing on interdisciplinary research aimed at translating stem cell technologies into cost-effective, ethically sound health solutions for degenerative diseases, aging, and serious injuries. Students have the flexibility to tailor their course by selecting additional, complementary modules, along with training in general research principles and professional skills.

This 24-week project involves conducting research in an area of stem cells and regenerative medicine under the guidance of an expert academic researcher, providing students with hands-on experience in an internationally competitive research environment.

Postgraduate Entry Requirements:

  • Applicants should have successfully completed a bachelor's degree or its equivalent from a recognized institution with a minimum overall score of 60% or equivalent.
