MA Menswear

Postgraduate Entry Requirements:

• Applicants should have successfully completed a bachelor's degree or its equivalent from a recognized institution with a minimum overall score of 55 to 60% or equivalent.
• English language proficiency is required, and applicants must provide evidence of their English language skills through an approved language test.
  • IELTS: A minimum overall score of 6.5 with no individual component below 6.0.
  • TOEFL: A minimum overall score of 88, with at least 17 in Listening, 18 in Reading, 20 in Speaking, and 17 in Writing.
  • PTE Academic: A minimum overall score of 59 with no individual score below 59.
• Some postgraduate programs may have specific subject prerequisites or additional requirements.

Students must provide:

• academic marksheets & transcripts
• letters of recommendation
• a personal statement - SOP
• passport
• other supporting documents as required by the university.

It is important to note that meeting the minimum entry requirements does not guarantee admission, as the university considers factors such as availability of places and competition for the program. Additionally, some courses may have higher entry requirements or additional selection criteria, such as interviews or portfolio submissions.

Westminster International Postgraduate Full Scholarship: Similar to the undergraduate scholarship, this scholarship supports outstanding international students pursuing a full-time postgraduate degree at the University of Westminster. 1. Menswear Fashion Designer: Graduates can work as menswear fashion designers, creating innovative and trendsetting collections for renowned fashion houses or starting their own label.

2. Fashion Product Development Manager: Graduates may pursue careers as product development managers, overseeing the entire process from design to production.

3. Menswear Stylist: Some graduates may choose to work as menswear stylists, curating fashion looks for individuals or brands.

4. Fashion Consultant: Graduates can become fashion consultants, providing expert advice on menswear trends and styles.

5. Fashion Buyer: Graduates with an interest in the business side of fashion can work as fashion buyers, selecting and purchasing menswear collections for retail stores.
