Program Overview

This one-year full-time or two-year part-time program begins in September 2025. It is accredited by the British Psychological Society (BPS), providing a pathway to Graduate Basis for Chartered Membership (GBC) for those with a relevant undergraduate degree. Graduates are well-prepared for professional practice as occupational or organizational/business psychologists in various sectors, including the private and public sectors, research consultancies, policy think-tanks, and HR consultancy.

Curriculum: The curriculum covers core modules such as Assessment and Development at Work, Leadership Engagement and Motivation, Research Methods, Workplace Learning, Training and Coaching, Advanced Research Methods for Occupational Psychology, The Future of Work Design, The Social Psychology of Organizations, and Well-being at Work . These modules provide a solid grounding in occupational and organizational psychology, preparing students to tackle real-world challenges.​

Research Focus: The program emphasizes research methodologies and applied research projects, allowing students to engage with current issues in the workplace. Students have the opportunity to work on projects related to digital connectivity, agile working practices, emotions and well-being at work, managing work conflict, relational attachment at work, attitudes to diversity, high-performance teams, and modern leadership.
