This course offers a comprehensive curriculum that aligns with industry standards, preparing students for professional roles in strength and conditioning, rehabilitation, and injury risk management. Curriculum: The curriculum is structured to provide a deep understanding of sports performance, anatomy, psychology, and rehabilitation. In the first year, students delve into the foundational principles underpinning sports performance, including anatomy, psychology, and rehabilitation. As they progress, the focus shifts to the science of human strength and conditioning, exploring injury rehabilitation methods, and engaging in assessments and testing within state-of-the-art laboratories. In the final year, students have the opportunity to select from various optional modules, ranging from sport science to advanced athlete testing and assessment.
