Program Overview

The MA Music Therapy program is structured to provide an integrative approach to practice, combining theoretical understanding with practical application. Curriculum: The curriculum includes modules such as Arts Therapies Theory and Research in Relation to Practice, Music Therapy Clinical Placements, Music Therapy Experiential Groups, and Music and Musicianship in Practice. The program culminates in an independent scholarship project, allowing students to explore a specific area of interest within the field.​
