The bundled program in Process Quality Engineering and Project Management at Conestoga College is designed to equip students with a comprehensive skill set that combines expertise in ensuring process quality and proficiency in project management.   1. Quality Management Principles: Students learn about the principles and methodologies of quality management, including Lean Six Sigma and Total Quality Management (TQM). They understand how to apply these principles to enhance process quality and drive continuous improvement.

  2. Process Improvement Techniques: This course focuses on various process improvement methodologies and tools such as Lean, Six Sigma, and process mapping. Students gain the skills to identify process inefficiencies, reduce waste, and optimize processes to achieve higher quality and efficiency.

  1. Postgraduate Diploma Programs:

    • Academic Requirement: Applicants must have completed a bachelor's degree or its equivalent from a recognized institution with a minimum of 55% overall average.
    • English Language Proficiency: International students must demonstrate proficiency in English by meeting the minimum requirements in one of the following tests:
      • IELTS: A minimum overall band score of 6.5, with no individual band score below 6.0.
      • TOEFL: A minimum overall score of 88 on the Internet-based test (iBT), with a minimum score of 21 in each section.
      • PTE: A minimum overall score of 58, with no communicative skills score below 50.
