Program Overview

The Graduate Certificate in Regulatory Affairs program at Conestoga College is designed to provide students with the knowledge and skills necessary to navigate the complex field of regulatory affairs.   3. Quality Management Systems: Students acquire knowledge of quality management systems and their role in regulatory compliance. They learn about Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), Good Laboratory Practices (GLP), and other quality assurance standards.

  4. Regulatory Compliance Audits: This course explores the principles and practices of regulatory compliance audits. Students learn how to conduct internal audits, identify non-compliance issues, and implement corrective actions to ensure adherence to regulations.

  5. Risk Assessment and Management: Students develop skills in conducting risk assessments and managing risks in regulatory affairs. They learn how to identify potential risks, assess their impact, and implement risk mitigation strategies to ensure product safety and compliance.

  6. Labeling and Packaging Regulations: This course covers the regulations and guidelines related to product labeling and packaging. Students learn about labeling requirements, ingredient lists, warnings, and other specifications to ensure compliance with applicable regulations.

  7. Regulatory Affairs in International Markets: Students gain insights into the regulatory requirements and challenges associated with marketing products internationally. They learn about global regulatory frameworks, regional variations, and strategies for entering international markets.

  1. Postgraduate Diploma Programs:

    • Academic Requirement: Applicants must have completed a bachelor's degree or its equivalent from a recognized institution with a minimum of 55% overall average.
    • English Language Proficiency: International students must demonstrate proficiency in English by meeting the minimum requirements in one of the following tests:
      • IELTS: A minimum overall band score of 6.5, with no individual band score below 6.0.
      • TOEFL: A minimum overall score of 88 on the Internet-based test (iBT), with a minimum score of 21 in each section.
      • PTE: A minimum overall score of 58, with no communicative skills score below 50.

It's important to note that meeting the minimum entry requirements does not guarantee admission to Conestoga College, as program-specific requirements and competitive selection processes may apply.
