Program Overview

The Honours Bachelor of Business Administration (Human Resources) program at Niagara College provides students with a comprehensive education in the field of human resource management, preparing them for rewarding careers as HR professionals in various industries. They also have the opportunity to complete internships or co-op placements in HR departments of organizations, gaining practical experience and building professional networks in the field.

  4. Industry-Relevant Certifications: Niagara College partners with industry organizations to offer students the opportunity to earn industry-relevant certifications in human resource management. These certifications, such as the Chartered Professional in Human Resources (CPHR) designation or the Certified Human Resources Professional (CHRP) designation, enhance students' credentials and increase their employability in the HR field.

  • Minimum Academic Requirement: International students applying for undergraduate programs at Niagara College must have completed their secondary education or equivalent with a minimum overall average of 55-60% or higher.
     
  • English Language Proficiency:  
    • IELTS: A minimum overall score of 6.5, with no band score less than 6.
    • TOEFL: A minimum score of 85 on the internet-based test (iBT).
    • PTE Academic: A minimum score of 64.
    • DET Score: A minimum score of 125.

Niagara College does not provide scholarships specifically for international students.
