Program Overview

  • Applicants should have successfully completed a bachelor's degree or its equivalent from a recognized institution with a minimum overall score of 60% or equivalent.
  • English language proficiency is required, and applicants must provide evidence of their English language skills through an approved language test.
    • IELTS: A minimum overall score of 6.5 with no individual component below 6.
    • TOEFL: A minimum overall score of 90, with at least 19 in Listening, 20 in Reading, 19 in Speaking, and 23 in Writing.
    • PTE Academic: A minimum overall score of 60 with no individual score below 59.
  • Some postgraduate programs may have specific subject prerequisites or additional requirements.

Students must provide:

  • other supporting documents as required by the university.

Work experience: Some postgraduate courses may require relevant work experience in the field.

The university offers a range of scholarships to help students fund their studies, including the University of Glasgow International Leadership Scholarship, the Saltire Scholarship, and the Commonwealth Shared Scholarship Scheme.

  1. University of Glasgow International Leadership Scholarship- This scholarship is awarded to outstanding students who demonstrate leadership skills and who are committed to pursuing a career in business. The scholarship is worth up to £10,000 and is available to students from outside the UK.
  2. Adam Smith Business School Scholarship- This scholarship is awarded to students who have demonstrated academic excellence in their undergraduate studies and who have the potential to make a significant contribution to the field of business. The scholarship is worth up to £5,000 and is available to students from the UK and EU.
  3. Lord Kelvin/Adam Smith Scholarship- This scholarship is awarded to students who have achieved a high level of academic excellence and who demonstrate leadership potential. The scholarship is worth up to £10,000 and is available to students from outside the UK.
  4. Saltire Scholarship- This scholarship is awarded to students from Canada, China, India, Japan, Pakistan or the USA who wish to study in Scotland. The scholarship is worth up to £8,000 and is available for the MSc International Business program.
  5. Commonwealth Shared Scholarship Scheme- This scholarship is awarded to students from developing Commonwealth countries who wish to pursue postgraduate studies in the UK. The scholarship covers tuition fees, travel costs, and living expenses.
