Program Overview

BSc Marketing at the University of Bristol is a three-year undergraduate degree program designed to equip students with a broad range of marketing knowledge and skills. This course aims to provide students with a strong foundation in marketing theory and practice, as well as the ability to apply their knowledge to real-world situations.

Second year, students will deepen their understanding of marketing theory and practice, with a focus on advertising, branding, and digital marketing. They will also have the opportunity to develop their research skills by conducting a marketing research project.

Third year, students will have the chance to specialize in a particular area of marketing that interests them. They will undertake an individual research project, which will allow them to apply the knowledge and skills they have acquired throughout the course to a real-world marketing problem. They will also study advanced topics such as international marketing, ethics, and corporate social responsibility.

  • Applicants should have successfully completed their secondary education with a minimum overall score of 85% or equivalent in their respective country's grading system.
  • English language proficiency is essential, and students are required to provide evidence of their English language skills through an approved language test.
    • IELTS: A minimum overall score of 6.5 with no individual component below 6.
    • TOEFL: A minimum overall score of 88, with at least 22 in Listening, 24 in Reading, 21 in Speaking, and 20 in Writing.
    • PTE Academic: A minimum overall score of 66 with no individual score below 60.
  • Some programs may have specific subject prerequisites or additional requirements.

Students must provide:

  • other supporting documents as required by the university.
