Program Overview

The University of Bristol offers a Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Business and Management with Study Abroad, a four-year program that provides students with a comprehensive understanding of the fundamental principles of business, management, and economics. The program combines academic rigor with practical application, giving students the skills and knowledge they need to succeed in today's global business environment.

The program is designed to provide students with a broad-based education in business and management, with a focus on international business practices. Students will develop a deep understanding of core business functions such as accounting, finance, marketing, human resource management, and operations management. In addition, the program places a strong emphasis on global business and provides students with an opportunity to develop an international perspective through study abroad.

First two years of the program, students will take a range of core modules covering topics such as accounting, marketing, organizational behavior, and strategy. 

Third year, students will have the opportunity to study abroad at one of the university's partner institutions, gaining valuable international experience and exposure to different business cultures. Students will also have the option to take a placement year, gaining practical work experience and further enhancing their skills and knowledge.

Fourth year of the program, students will have the opportunity to tailor their studies to their interests and career aspirations, choosing from a range of optional modules in areas such as entrepreneurship, global supply chain management, and digital marketing. Students will also undertake a research project, applying their knowledge and skills to a real-world business problem.

  • Applicants should have successfully completed their secondary education with a minimum overall score of 85% or equivalent in their respective country's grading system.
  • English language proficiency is essential, and students are required to provide evidence of their English language skills through an approved language test.
    • IELTS: A minimum overall score of 6.5 with no individual component below 6.
    • TOEFL: A minimum overall score of 88, with at least 22 in Listening, 24 in Reading, 21 in Speaking, and 20 in Writing.
    • PTE Academic: A minimum overall score of 66 with no individual score below 60.
  • Some programs may have specific subject prerequisites or additional requirements.

Students must provide:

  • passport
  • other supporting documents as required by the university.
