Undergraduate Entry Requirements

Academic Qualifications: Applicants should have successfully completed their secondary education with a minimum overall score of 60% or equivalent in their respective country's grading system.

English language proficiency:

• IELTS: A minimum overall score of 6.0 with no individual component below 5.5.
• TOEFL: A minimum overall score of 76, with at least 17 in Listening, 18 in Reading, 20 in Speaking, and 18 in Writing.
• PTE Academic: A minimum overall score of 59 with no individual score below 5.9
• Some programs may have specific subject prerequisites or additional requirements.

Students must provide:

• academic marksheets & transcripts
• letters of recommendation
• a personal statement - SOP
• passport
• other supporting documents as required by the university.

Chartered surveyors have advanced skills and expertise in various areas of surveying, including building surveying, valuation, land surveying, and project management. They may specialize in specific sectors such as residential, commercial, or industrial property, and may work in private practice, government agencies, or real estate companies.

Project Manager: Graduates with strong project management skills can pursue careers as project managers in the construction industry. They oversee construction projects from inception to completion, managing budgets, schedules, and resources, and ensuring that projects are delivered on time and within budget. Construction Manager: Graduates can work as construction managers, overseeing the construction process on building sites. They coordinate and supervise construction activities, manage subcontractors, and ensure compliance with building regulations and safety standards. Construction managers play a crucial role in ensuring the successful delivery of construction projects, from residential developments to infrastructure projects such as roads and bridges.

Building Inspector: Graduates may choose to work as building inspectors, responsible for inspecting buildings at various stages of construction to ensure compliance with building codes, zoning regulations, and safety standards. Facilities Manager: Graduates can pursue careers as facilities managers, responsible for managing the operation and maintenance of buildings and facilities. They oversee building services such as heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC), security, cleaning, and maintenance, ensuring that facilities are safe, functional, and well-maintained. Facilities managers work for property management companies, corporate organizations, educational institutions, healthcare facilities, or government agencies.

They identify potential development opportunities, acquire land or properties, and manage the development process from design and planning to construction and sales.
