Undergraduate Entry Requirements

Academic Qualifications: Applicants should have successfully completed their secondary education with a minimum overall score of 75 to 85% or equivalent in their respective country's grading system.

English language proficiency:

• IELTS: A minimum overall score of 6.5 with no individual component below 5.5.
• TOEFL: A minimum overall score of 88, with at least 11 in Listening, 12 in Reading, 17 in Speaking, and 23 in Writing.
• PTE Academic: A minimum overall score of 58 with no individual score below 42.
• DET Requirement: A DET score of 110 is required.
• Some programs may have specific subject prerequisites or additional requirements.

Students must provide:

• academic marksheets & transcripts
• letters of recommendation
• a personal statement - SOP
• passport
• other supporting documents as required by the university.

It is important to note that meeting the minimum entry requirements does not guarantee admission, as the university considers factors such as availability of places and competition for the program. Additionally, some courses may have higher entry requirements or additional selection criteria, such as interviews or portfolio submissions.

They assess the impact of proposed policies, evaluate alternative solutions, and contribute to evidence-based decision-making on a wide range of social, economic, and political issues.

Political Campaign Manager: Political campaign managers play a key role in electoral campaigns, coordinating campaign activities, managing budgets, and mobilizing supporters. They develop campaign strategies, oversee communication efforts, and organize events to promote candidates and political parties during elections at local, national, or international levels.

Public Relations Specialist: Graduates can work as public relations specialists, managing communication strategies and media relations for political organizations, government agencies, or advocacy groups. They craft messages, coordinate press releases, and engage with journalists to shape public perception and influence public opinion on political issues.

Government Relations Manager: Government relations managers work for corporations, non-profit organizations, or industry associations, advocating for their interests and engaging with government officials and policymakers. They monitor legislative developments, lobby for favorable policies, and build relationships with key stakeholders to influence public policy outcomes.

Diplomat/Foreign Service Officer: Graduates may pursue careers in diplomacy and international relations, representing their home country's interests abroad and promoting diplomatic relations between nations. They negotiate treaties, participate in international conferences, and address diplomatic issues such as trade agreements, human rights, and conflict resolution.

Political Researcher: Political researchers conduct in-depth research on political trends, public opinion, and policy issues for political parties, media organizations, or research institutes. They analyze data, conduct surveys, and produce reports to inform political strategies, media coverage, and public discourse on political topics.

Journalist/Political Correspondent: Graduates can work as journalists or political correspondents, reporting on political events, analyzing policy developments, and interviewing key figures for newspapers, magazines, television, or online media outlets. They provide in-depth analysis and commentary on political issues to inform and engage the public.

Non-profit Organization Manager: Non-profit organization managers lead advocacy groups, community organizations, or non-governmental organizations (NGOs) focused on political, social, or environmental causes. They oversee organizational operations, develop strategic plans, and mobilize resources to advance their organization's mission and goals.

Political Consultant: Political consultants provide strategic advice and campaign support to political candidates, parties, or advocacy groups. They develop campaign strategies, conduct opinion research, and advise clients on messaging, fundraising, and voter outreach efforts to maximize electoral success.

Policy Advisor/Analyst: Policy advisors work for elected officials, government agencies, or political parties, providing expert advice on policy matters and legislative initiatives. They conduct policy analysis, draft briefing papers, and make recommendations to policymakers on issues such as healthcare, education, economic development, and social welfare.
