Program Overview

  5. Diversity and Inclusion: Students will explore the importance of diversity and inclusion in the workplace and learn how to create inclusive HR practices. They will develop an understanding of equal employment opportunities, diversity management, and the benefits of diverse and inclusive teams.

  6. HR Analytics and Technology: This module focuses on the use of HR analytics and technology in decision-making and HR strategy formulation. Students will learn how to leverage data and technology to support HR functions such as recruitment, performance management, and employee engagement.

Postgraduate Entry Requirements:

  • Applicants should have successfully completed a bachelor's degree or its equivalent from a recognized institution with a minimum overall score of 50 to 60% or equivalent.
  • English language proficiency is required, and applicants must provide evidence of their English language skills through an approved language test.
    • IELTS: A minimum overall score of 6.5 with no individual component below 6.
    • TOEFL: A minimum overall score of 80, with at least 17 in Listening, Reading, Speaking, and Writing.
    • PTE Academic: A minimum overall score of 62 with no individual score below 51.

  • a personal statement - SOP
  • passport
  • other supporting documents as required by the university.

Work experience: Some postgraduate courses may require relevant work experience in the field.
