Students learn about ICS structures, roles, and responsibilities, as well as EOC functions and operations.

  6. Emergency Response Operations: Students study emergency response operations, including search and rescue, firefighting, medical triage, evacuation, sheltering, and logistics support. They learn to coordinate response activities, allocate resources, and manage operations in complex and dynamic emergency situations.

  7. Hazardous Materials Management and Environmental Protection: The program addresses hazardous materials management, chemical spill response, and environmental protection measures in emergency management. Students learn to identify hazardous materials, assess environmental risks, and implement containment, cleanup, and remediation measures.

  8. Community Resilience and Social Vulnerability: Students explore the concepts of community resilience and social vulnerability in the context of emergency management. Undergraduate Program:

Educational Qualifications: Indian students applying for an undergraduate programat CBU must have completed their secondary education with a minimum aggregate score of 60%. This  corresponds to a passing grade in the Indian education system.

English Language Proficiency: Proficiency in the English language is essential for admission to CBU. Indian students are required to demonstrate their English language skills by submitting the results of a recognized English language proficiency test. CBU accepts various tests such as the IELTS, TOEFL, or equivalent. IELTS score of overall 6.5 band with no band less than 6 is accepted, TOEFL iBT overall score of 80 is required. PTE overall score of 59 is required and DET score of 115 is required.
