Program Overview


The MSc Global Economy program at the University of Glasgow is designed to equip students with the skills and knowledge to understand the global economy, international trade and development.   • Applicants should have successfully completed a bachelor's degree or its equivalent from a recognized institution with a minimum overall score of 60% or equivalent.

    • IELTS: A minimum overall score of 6.5 with no individual component below 6.
    • TOEFL: A minimum overall score of 90, with at least 19 in Listening, 20 in Reading, 19 in Speaking, and 23 in Writing.
    • PTE Academic: A minimum overall score of 60 with no individual score below 59.
